Hello!
Carmen just got word from Betsy that we will be knocking on student doors starting tonight. We are working on the details and we are also working on the wording of the "script" you will be getting. We will send an email out with the list of students you need to contact today before 5:00 pm so you will need to be checking your email diligently. Questions? Let me know!

Hey guys,
Please remember when replying to students in Housing Info to CC in the coordinators when reply to the student. Please do not exit out of the message and then go back in and forward it. This makes it more difficult for the coordinators to reply to the student.

REAL Applications: Roommates
Hello Team!
An update on applications for students who will be living in a REAL Community:
If students that have applied to live in a REAL Community want to request a roommate they will need to send us an email requesting the specific person they want to room with.
The REAL application does not allow those students to request roommates or edit their application.
The only edits they will be able to make are between REAL Communities:

Meal Plan Changes in just one box?!
If you see Dining Services putting all of the meal plan changes in Amanda's box please be a sweetheart and distribute them evenly in the other boxes too! We've asked them not to put them in just one box but it seems as though our efforts have been ignored!

Watch out for a call from Fidelity
There is a student named Ethan Lester, RMS: 75840. Fidelity will be calling to ask about what he owes, they are paying his housing and the late fee. Just keep a look out!
Details about Reactivations
Just to make sure we are all on the same page, when you have a reactivation for Fall2011. Please tell the coordinators that "you're sending a reactivation to their voicemail", let them tell you if they'll take it or to send it to their voicemail. I was still a little confused about that so hopefully we can now all be on the same page. Questions? Let me know!

When working the HA window you will notice that above the office supply cabinet there are now three boxes. The newest box is only for withdrawal paperwork and APPROVED commuter exemption forms. Please put this paperwork in the separate box. Questions? Let me know!
