As for people wanting their meal plans turned back on, here's the rules:
They DON'T have to come in if:
- We can see they are current on their statement
- We can find their online payment with their confirmation number
In those cases bring the RMS # to a coordinator and we will get a slip to dining and have the meal plan turned back on.
They DO have to come in if:
- We cannot see/find their payment (they have to bring proof on their own if they think they did pay)
- They need an extension
We do not give extensions over the phone, or to parents, the student has to come into our office.
