Fax Copies

Hey team, I just wanted to to let you guys know that when faxing Commuter Exemptions and/or Meningitis Immunization Forms, there are fax copies already located in the work room. All you need to do is look where you get the fax cover letter and you will find them there. You will not need to get a regular copy that is two sided because the fax copies are two pages already.
